    BASIC WARRANTY PROVISIONS

    1. Storage and transportation of the product must be carried out according to the handling signs (if they are available) and in the manufacturer's original packaging.
    2. Do not allow moisture to get on the packaging.
    3. After the end of the product's service life, the Manufacturer recommends contacting the Authorized Service Center (USC) for preventive works, obtaining information regarding the disposal or further safe operation of the product to prevent its incorrect operation or failure.     4. To avoid misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to carefully study the user manual, terms of warranty obligations, check the correctness of filling out the warranty card and the delivery package.
    5. The product must be sold in accordance with the current legislation of the country. The warranty card is valid only if it is correctly and clearly indicated: models, serial number of the product, sale dates, the wet seal of the seller's company and the buyer's signature.
    6. The serial number of the product must correspond to that indicated in the warranty card. In case of violation of these conditions, if there is no marking on the product, or data, specified in the warranty card, changed, erased or rewritten, the warranty card is invalid.
    7. In the case of, if the product is sold after 12 months from the date of production, presentation of a fiscal document, which confirms the sale, is mandatory.
    8. Setup and installation (collection, connection and the like) product, described in the documentation, that is added to it, can be performed by the user himself, as well as specialists of USC of the corresponding profile and sales firms (on a paid basis). At the same time, the person (organization), that installed the product, is responsible for the correctness and quality of the installation (settings).     9. With this warranty card, the Raymer Company confirms its commitment to satisfy the consumer's requirements, in case of product defects, caused by the fault of the Manufacturer, according to the laws, established by the current legislation on the protection of consumer rights.
    10. The Raymer company reserves the right to refuse to satisfy the demands of consumers, under warranty obligations, in case of non-compliance with the conditions set out below. Filling out the warranty card, The consumer confirms that he is familiar with the terms of warranty service and agrees with them.
    11. The manufacturer's warranty obligations are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the country's legislation, in which warranty obligations are performed.
    12. The warranty period is limited to the service life of the Product, unless otherwise stated in the warranty card.

    TERMS OF WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS

    1. The manufacturer's warranty obligations apply only to products, designed by the Raymer manufacturer for supply and sale on the territory of Ukraine, purchased in Ukraine, and such, that have passed certification for compliance with Ukrainian standards, if this is required by the normative acts of Ukraine.
    2. Warranty repairs are carried out directly at the facility, where the heat pump is installed, competent specialists, or at the service center, during the warranty period. Installation/disassembly of equipment or one of its blocks for warranty repair must be performed by the organization, who installed the product and has the appropriate professional training.
    3. Replacement of defective parts in the product (details, nodes, assembly units), during the warranty period does not lead to the establishment of a new warranty period for the entire product or for replaced parts.
    4. Warranty period for accessories, which are included in the completeness of the product is equal to the term for the main product.
    5. When performing warranty repairs, the warranty period is extended for the time the product is under repair. The specified time starts from the day of the consumer's application to the USC with a request for troubleshooting.
    6. The warranty does not cover software, parts of the body design, batteries, nozzles, filters, magnesium anode, fuses and other parts, which have a limited warranty period.
    7. When defects are eliminated by replacing components or component parts of the product in the post-warranty period, for which warranty periods are established, the warranty period for new components or component parts of the product is calculated from the day the product is issued to the consumer after repair and is one month (unless otherwise specified).
    8. Defective components of the product during the warranty period are repaired at the expense of the USC or replaced with a workable product. The decision on the expediency of repair or replacement is made by USC specialists. Defective nodes, replaced during the warranty period, become the property of USC.
    9. Warranty repair is performed when the defective product is provided in its clean form and its completeness, received upon purchase.
    10. The manufacturer does not bear warranty obligations for the product in cases:
    • non-compliance with one or more mandatory conditions for warranty service set out below;
    • violation of the rules and conditions of operation, product settings, set forth in the User Manual and other documentation, which is transferred to the consumer in a package with the product;
    • if the product has traces of unqualified repair attempts or in case, if the equipment is installed in violation of the manufacturer's recommendations, technical norms and rules; installation of equipment, performed by individuals or organizations, which do not have a license or others, provided by the Law of Ukraine, documents for this type of work;
    • if the defect is caused by a change in the design or scheme of the product, by connecting external devices, not provided by the Manufacturer;
    • if the defect is caused by force majeure, accidents, intentional or negligent actions of the consumer or third parties;
    • if mechanical damage is detected, that arose after the product was handed over to the consumer; damage, caused by moisture, corrosion, oxidation, foreign objects getting inside the product, substances, liquids, insects or animals;
    • if heat exchangers are used with salt solutions, acids, alkalis and chlorine systems. Use is possible only in heating systems with water, or alcohol solutions.
    • if the defect occurred as a result of natural wear and tear during the operation of the product. At the same time, natural wear means the consequences of using the product, that caused the deterioration of the technical condition and appearance due to long-term use of this product;
    • if damage (disadvantages) caused by non-compliance with State electricity supply standards, telecommunication and cable networks, abnormal voltage fluctuations and other malfunctions of power supply lines;
    • if the damage is caused by the use of non-standard (unoriginal) and / or poor quality (damaged) consumables, accessories, spare parts, power elements, media of various types);
    • if the data on the marking labels of the Product are corrected, erased, as well as in the case of the absence of marking labels on the Product;
    • if the product is damaged, or any part of the product, happened due to a drop in electrical energy and the client did not have an electrical voltage stabilizer installed;
    • detection of traces of repairs in an unauthorized service center or other unauthorized intervention;
    • if the product, intended for work in domestic conditions, used for industrial purposes or for other purposes, not provided by the design of this product;
    • if the product is damaged, or any part of the product, happened as a result of a lightning strike (if there is no lightning protection system), lack of grounding and other cases of improper use;
    • connecting third-party equipment to the product, which led to failure of the product itself. The conclusion about the failure of the product as a result of the influence of the above factors is made by a USC specialist.
    1. Settings, installation (collection, connection and the like) and service of the product must be described in the documentation, in appropriate places, which is attached to the warranty card. Failure to enter relevant data may be grounds for voiding the manufacturer's warranty.
    2. Manufacturer Raymer disclaims responsibility for possible damage, directly or indirectly caused by the product to people, pets, property in case, if it happened as a result of non-compliance with the rules and conditions of operation, product settings; intentional or negligent actions of the buyer (consumer) or third parties.
    3. Raymer company (Producer) is not responsible for possible damage, directly or indirectly caused by the product of the corresponding purpose, as a result of the loss, damage or alteration of product or consumer data and information.

    The list of mandatory conditions for providing a guarantee for Air-Water and Water-Water heat pumps:

    1. Once a year, maintenance is mandatory, which includes cleaning the outdoor unit, washing of heat exchangers, cleaning or replacing filters, refueling with coolant, etc. Maintenance is not included in the list of works, which are performed within the framework of warranty obligations.
    2. The user must comply with the terms of the product operating instructions, specified by the Manufacturer.
    3. The external unit of the heat pump must be installed on a stand, next to the house, to avoid vibrations on the wall of the house. Interblock pipes must go through the wall, without contacting her. If there is no other place, except the outer wall, place the outdoor unit away from the sleeping area and use special vibration supports.
    4. The power of the circulation pump for heat pump systems is selected individually for each system by the installation organization. With a correctly selected circulation pump for the heat pump system, the boiling temperature of freon should not be higher, than on 25 °C from the heat pump liquid supply temperature.
    5. If the power of the circulation pump is selected incorrectly, this will cause the refrigerant and compressor in the heat pump system to overheat. Therefore, if the power of the installed circulation pump is not selected correctly, the manufacturer has the right to refuse warranty service for the equipment.
    6. When using heat pumps of the monobloc type, to prevent the device from defrosting when the power is turned off, There MUST be an alcohol solution in the heating system 45% (ALCOHOL/WATER), or an additional heat exchanger is installed.
    7. Each heat pump must be completed (A consumer) buffer capacity (the minimum volume is not less 60 l), with the required diameter of the nozzles (see the operating instructions). In the absence of a buffer tank, the manufacturer has the right to refuse warranty service of the heat pump.
    8. Mandatory installation of an electric power voltage stabilizer to the heat pump connection network. Because, heat pump - equipment that contains, sensitive to voltage fluctuations, compressor. In the absence of a voltage stabilizer, in the heat pump system, the manufacturer has the right to refuse warranty service of the heat pump.
    9. The minimum length of the freon line between the blocks is 5 meters. If the trunk is longer, then it is necessary to refuel the system with freon, by calculation 40 g/m for a main line with a diameter (mm/inch) 53/3/8’’ and 15.88/5/8” or 60 g/m for 12.7/1/2” and 19.05/3/4”
    10. It is forbidden to narrow the diameters of the pipes, freon pipeline and water supply.
    11. For the correct operation of a heat pump with a hot water system, you need to use special tanks with coils, the area of ​​which is selected individually according to the power of the heat pump, but no less 2,25 m2.
    1. To prevent the influence of the noise level of the powerful energy-saving circulation pump, which is installed in the indoor unit of the split system, it is recommended to install the indoor unit in a separate room (boiler room).
    2. Installation of the heat pump must be performed by a specialized company or specialist with the appropriate work permit, who are responsible for the correct installation and start-up of the heat pump system.
