An object: Private house in. Lviv

Tasks and solutions:

The client was faced with high heating costs for his private home. The main goal was to minimize these costs while providing efficient heating, hot water supply and air conditioning at home. It was also important to integrate the new system with existing heating elements, to strengthen their work and improve the overall efficiency of the system.

To solve this problem, it was decided to install of the Raymer RAY-15DS1 EVI air-water heat pump, which is known for its high energy efficiency and ability to operate over a wide temperature range:

  1. Equipment selection: Based on client needs and home characteristics, the choice fell on heat pump Raymer RAY-15DS1 EVI, which is ideal for medium-sized homes and can provide heating, hot water supply, as well as air conditioning.

  2. Integration with existing system: The heat pump was successfully integrated into an existing heating system, which included an electric boiler and underfloor heating system. This made it possible to use a heat pump as the main heat source, with the ability to switch to an electric boiler as an additional source if necessary.

Scope of work completed

1. Preparatory work

A detailed analysis of the existing heating system of the house and the general condition of insulation was carried out, which made it possible to determine the best connection points for new equipment and optimal routes for laying communications.

2. Installation of main equipment:

  • Heat pump Raymer RAY-15DS1 EVI was mounted on specially prepared stainless steel brackets to ensure durability and corrosion protection.
  • Drazice OKC indirect heating tank 300 NTR/HP and storage tank Raymer IMP 60 liters have been integrated into the system to ensure continuous hot water supply.
  • Laying a freon route length 5 meters provided a connection between the outdoor and indoor units of the heat pump, what is needed for efficient transfer of thermal energy.

3. Connecting additional equipment:

Surge Protectors “Elex Hybrid” were installed on each phase to protect the heat pump from possible fluctuations in the electrical network, which significantly increases the reliability and service life of the equipment.

Voltage stabilizers play a key role in protecting expensive equipment, such as heat pumps, from possible damage due to unstable voltage in the electrical network. They not only prevent short circuits and component failure, but also ensure stable and long-term operation of the heating system and hot water supply, thereby increasing their efficiency and reducing risks for other elements of the system.
