Project task:

We were contacted by the owner of a large two-story house with an area of 350 m² with the task of replacing the existing heating system with a more modern and economical one. With the onset of cold weather, heating costs have become significant, so the client decided to switch to a heat pump, as an effective alternative.

After analyzing the object, the optimal solution was selected - a heat pump Raymer RAY-32DS2-EVI power 32 kW, which operates from a three-phase network (380V). This equipment is ideal for large houses, providing both heating, and hot water supply.

Its task is to transfer thermal energy from the heat pump circuit to the hot water supply or heating system, ensuring efficient operation without direct contact of coolants.   • The heat exchanger is installed on the wall in a horizontal plane, including service access.

  • All connections are insulated with heat pipe insulation to prevent heat loss.

  • Shut-off valves and drain taps are installed on both sides of the heat exchanger, which simplifies dismantling and washing if necessary.

  • To ensure coolant circulation, two controlled circulation pumps are installed, each on its own side of the heat exchanger.

General integration
The heat exchanger works in conjunction with a hydraulic module, expansion tanks, DHW boiler and water purification system. This approach allows you to flexibly control temperature conditions and increase the efficiency of heating and water heating.

4. Circulation pump in the heating system
