Project goal:
The main task was to organize heating for the house on 130 m² to a more economical one without losing its efficiency. An electric boiler has already been installed in the house, but heating such an area has become too expensive, therefore, the question arose of replacing it with a more effective alternative.
Answer:
Based on data received from the client (insulation thickness, heating communications, placement of radiators and boiler room) it was decided to install a heat pump Raymer RAY-13DS2-EVI, which will be quite sufficient to heat a given area. This heat pump is a good replacement for an electric boiler, since he is able to work in 5 times more effective, producing 4,9 kW per 1 kW consumption, whereas the electric boiler operates in the range 1:1.
Stages of completed work
1. Outdoor unit installation
The outdoor unit of the heat pump is mounted on a self-welded stand and anti-vibration feet, to reduce the influence of vibration from the concrete surface during compressor and fan operation.
It was important to install the external unit outdoors, so he has access to air, which would provide sufficient ventilation and would not interfere with the movement of air through the heat exchanger. That is why the outdoor unit is installed on a hill, so that the fence does not interfere with air access to the outdoor unit.
2. Installation of the hydraulic module
After installing the outdoor unit, an important step is installing the hydraulic module.
It was important to install the block on strong brackets, to ensure the stability of the design and installation of the entire system.

Freon pipes are connected and insulated taking into account all parameters to maintain the integrity of the pipe.
All connections are compactly mounted, since the space in the boiler room is very limited.
The freon line is laid through the wall and insulated with rubber tape to protect against external damage.
3. Installation of storage tank
Storage tank for 60 l was installed near the hydraulic module on an elevation, to save space in the boiler room and compactly arrange connections, so that they do not interfere with the maintenance of the hydraulic module and tank.
Buffer tank provides heat storage, reduces the frequency of pump activation and helps maintain a stable temperature in the system.
The storage tank acts as a coolant storage tank and, in the event of a heat pump shutdown, can retain heat for several more hours..
4. Connecting a voltage stabilizer
For stable and safe operation of the heat pump, an Elex Ampere voltage stabilizer is installed, protecting the system from voltage fluctuations and other possible power supply failures.
In case of periodic power outages, Voltage stabilizer is very important for the heating system, which runs on a generator or batteries. This guarantees uninterrupted operation of the heat pump and protects it from possible breakdowns..
4. Controller setup
Controller receives data from various sensors, installed on the system. Sensors measure inlet and outlet water temperatures, return and exhaust gas temperature, ambient temperature, as well as the temperature of the evaporator and condenser coils. Pressure indicators are also monitored using high and low pressure sensors.
Based on the data he regulates the operation of heat pump components to achieve optimal efficiency and maintain set parameters. This includes water and air temperature control, as well as system pressure.
System monitors the operation of the heat pump for possible emergency situations. If such situations arise, For example, overheating or exceeding permissible pressure, the controller can automatically turn off individual components to prevent damage.
Controller equipped with memory function, which allows you to save settings and parameters even in the event of a power outage. Besides, it supports network connection via Tuya WIFI, which allows remote control and monitoring of the system.
Controller controls the operation of the water pump, fan, electric heaters and valves. Depending on operating mode (heating, cooling or hot water preparation), it automatically turns these components on or off, ensuring optimal system performance.
Advantages of the new generation Raymer RAY-13DS2-EVI heat pump
The Raymer RAY-13DS2-EVI heat pump has the power 13 kW, making it ideal for efficiently heating rooms up to 120 sq.m. It provides significant energy savings of up to 80% compared to traditional heating systems, which reduces heating costs.
Using green energy, this heat pump helps reduce CO2 emissions and has a positive impact on the environment.
Inverter compressor and Enhanced Vapor Injection technology (EVI)
Inverter technology allows you to adjust the pump power depending on demand, providing stable and efficient heating of the room. Thanks Enhanced Vapor Injection technology (EVI), The heat pump can operate at low temperatures down to -30 °C, which expands the possibilities of use in different climatic conditions.
New black design for better heat absorption
New design in black, as a result of the latest developments and research in the field of heating equipment for better absorption of heat from the environment, makes the Raymer RAY-13DS2-EVI heat pump the best choice among other heating systems.
Black surfaces are less susceptible to visible dirt, dust and scratches compared to white or light-colored surfaces. This reduces the need for frequent cleaning and maintenance of the device, which is user friendly.
Black has better heat absorption ability, which can be useful for outdoor units of heat pumps in the cold season. This helps prevent icing and improves operating efficiency..
Remote control
Built-in Wi-Fi module allows you to control the heat pump from a distance. Wherever you are, you can turn on/off the heat pump, and also track its performance with access to the Internet.
The convenience of this function is that, that even being on a trip, you can turn on and set the heating or cooling operation in advance, and enjoy a comfortable temperature in the house upon arrival, without waiting for the system to work at full capacity.
