In the second half 2019 RAYMER officially started regular customer meetings and technical training events in the overseas market. The RAYMER home heating team, including senior product managers and market experts, begins the first stop to implement the event in North America, visiting major clients. Given the long-term foundation of mutual trust between RAYMER and key North American customers, and consensus on home heating products and technologies, RAYMER's business partners were not significantly affected by some negative factors, such as Sino-US trade frictions.

North American partners are very optimistic about the market prospects of the RAYMER EVI inverter heat pump in North America, and are currently testing RAYMER EVI series inverter heat pumps in various operating conditions, to prepare for future promotion in the local market. Pan Jab Fan, director of RAYMER's home heating division and head of RAYMER's North American-European travel team, was specially invited to conduct relevant training on RAYMER EVI inverter heat pumps and technologies for the technical staff of some key business partners.
After finishing work in North America, the RAYMER team returned to Europe and visited some business partners in Northern and Eastern Europe. The RAYMER team held a number of discussions with local partners regarding the technology and application of the RAYMER R32 EVI heat pump, which is very popular in the local market. She also inspected some RAYMER R410 EVI rigs, which are already used in Sweden and Bulgaria, and conducted the necessary technical and product service training for relevant after-sales service personnel at business partner companies.

European partners highly appreciated RAYMER's successful launch of the R410 EVI series of heat pumps for heating houses and their successful application in Northern Europe, and also hope, that RAYMER will provide more intensive training in the technologies of working with new products. In response, Mr. Jab Fan expressed hope, that RAYMER will make appropriate adjustments to the existing technical support policy, plans to send more product managers and technical specialists to Europe for technical training, to assist local business partners in marketing promotion and large-scale application of the product.
About the RAYMER R410 EVI inverter heat pump
- RAYMER R410 HeroPlus series with energy efficiency level A+++ Reaching 60°C under external conditions of -30°C according to data from the RAYMER certified laboratory, the unit can work effectively in systems “warm floor”, water fan coils or radiators for heating/cooling and hot water supply. When the target temperature approaches the set value, units operate at a lower frequency, and the accuracy of temperature regulation can reach 0.1°C.
- Successful application in Northern Europe. Last year, RAYMER R410 inverter converters of the EVI series were successfully used in the Nordic countries – Denmark, Sweden.
