Installation of Raymer RAY heat pump-07MN 7 kW monoblock type in a private house of 68 sq.m in the Lviv region

An object: Private house area 68 sq.m in the village of Khromogorb, Stryisky district, Lviv region.

Recently, more and more people are striving to make their home more energy efficient and economical in terms of heating costs.. It was for this purpose that one of our clients approached us with a request to install a heat pump in his private house with area 68 sq.m., to reduce heating costs.

Tasks and solutions

The client expressed a desire to save on heating, without sacrificing comfort during the cold season. After analyzing the client's needs and the features of the house, it was decided to install Heat pump Raymer RAY-07MN power 7 kW monoblock type. This choice was made due to the device's high energy efficiency and its ability to operate over a wide temperature range.

Scope of work completed

Installation of the heat pump included connection to an existing heating system, consisting of an electric boiler and radiators. Particular attention was paid to, so that the integration of the heat pump into the system is carried out as efficiently as possible, for which a detailed audit of the existing heating system was previously carried out.

Also, an important aspect was the use of a common voltage stabilizer, already installed in the house. Using a voltage stabilizer is essential for heat pumps, since they are sensitive to voltage fluctuations in the network. Stabilizer provides stable voltage, which not only increases the service life of the equipment, but also contributes to its smooth and efficient operation.

Benefit for the client:

Installation heat pump Raymer RAY-07MN brought several important benefits to the client:

  1. Saving: Using a heat pump allowed the client to significantly save on heating costs. Pump operation is based on the use of renewable energy sources, which reduces energy consumption and, accordingly, the cost of paying heating bills.

  2. Efficiency: Heat pump Raymer RAY-07MN ensures efficient heating of the room even at low ambient temperatures. High outlet temperature up to 60°C guarantees comfortable warmth in the house at any time of the year.

  3. Comfort: Thanks to the silent operation of the pump and the possibility of remote access via Wi-Fi, the client received comfortable and convenient control of the heating system. Now he can control the operation of the pump and monitor its performance from anywhere, Where can I get access to the Internet.

Main characteristics of an air-to-water heat pump Raymer RAY-07MN 7kW monoblock type:

  1. High outlet temperature: This pump is capable of achieving high outlet temperatures of up to 60°C, which ensures efficient heating of the room.

  2. Universal use: Raymer RAY-07MN is suitable for both efficient heating, and for preparing hot water for domestic needs. It is also capable of providing active cooling, which makes it versatile in various climatic conditions.

  3. Remote access via Wi-Fi: The pump is equipped with a remote access function via Wi-Fi, which provides convenient management and monitoring of its operation.

  4. Photovoltaic current optimization: The pump intelligently uses photovoltaic current for optimal heating and cooling, which reduces energy consumption and saves money.

  5. Soundproof capacitor: The outdoor unit of the pump is equipped with a noise-insulated spiral condenser, which reduces the noise level during its operation, providing a quiet and comfortable environment.

  6. Robust body: The pump body is made of steel, galvanized and powder coated, making it durable and weather resistant.

  7. Electric shock protection class: The pump has electric shock protection class I, which ensures safety during its operation.

  8. Cascade scheme: The heat pump uses a cascade circuit, ensuring stable operation in a wide range of conditions and optimal performance.

The operating principle of the Raymer monoblock heat pump is that, that variable speed fans draw outside air through an air-to-refrigerant heat exchanger, located at the rear of the unit. In heating mode, this heat exchanger serves as an evaporator. Low temperature heat is absorbed from the air, and the cooled air is exhausted through the fan grilles at the front of the unit. In cooling mode, the same heat exchanger serves as a condenser to remove heat to the outside air.
