The main task was to select equipment that would work with existing solar panels and ensure optimal functioning of the system throughout the year..

We analyzed the client's needs, the size of his home and the desired level of energy efficiency. Then we decided to use an air-to-water heat pump Raymer RAY-15DS1 EVI 220 AT 15 kW, which perfectly suited the customer’s requirements and ensured high operational efficiency.

Another important task was to ensure convenience and savings in operating the system. We looked at various options for additional equipment, which could improve system efficiency and reduce heating costs. As a result, the choice fell on installing a buffer tank on 120 liters, which made it possible to reduce the load on the heat pump and ensure stable heat supply in the house.

Scope of work completed:

  1. Preparing and making a stand for the outdoor unit: We have prepared a special stand for installing the outdoor unit of the heat pump. It was made this way, to ensure optimal block placement, as well as sufficient distance from the ground and wall to ensure free access of air.

  2. Installation of the outdoor unit: The outdoor unit of the heat pump was installed on a prepared base in compliance with all technical requirements, taking into account optimal location and efficient air exchange and safety standards. The necessary installation work was carried out to securely fasten the unit and connect it to the power supply.

  3. Installation of the indoor unit: Installation of the indoor unit in the boiler room was carried out using specialized equipment and compliance with all technical standards and regulations.

  4. Connecting additional equipment: Installation and connection of the buffer tank was carried out 120 liters, designed to improve the operation of the heating system and ensure stable heat supply in the house.

  5. Connection to a freon line length of 6 m: To ensure reliable operation of the heat pump, a connection to the freon line was made using high-quality materials and appropriate equipment.

  6. System testing and adjustment: After completion of all installation work, testing and adjustment of the system was carried out to verify its operability and efficiency. All system parameters have been tested and adjusted for optimal performance.

  7. Training the client: Upon completion of the system installation, our specialists trained the client in the basics of operating and managing the heat pump, and also provided detailed advice on equipment maintenance and care.
