Tasks and solutions:
The goal of the project was providing a reliable and cost-effective heating system for a commercial room area 1000 square meters, consisting of five floors.
The client identified two main requirements: significant reduction in heating costs and the possibility of using solar panels in the future. The decision was the choice of the air-water heat pump Raymer RAY-32DS1-EVI on 32 kW, installed on a specially made pedestal on the roof of the building. This choice ensured reliable and efficient operation of the heating and hot water system at minimal operating costs. The gas boiler remained the backup source of heating. 78 kW, and was also installed Drazice drive on 250 liters. The developed system also provides for the possibility of adding solar panels in the future., which will allow the client to further reduce heating costs and make their business more environmentally friendly.
Scope of work completed:
- Detailed study of the object: We offered the client the installation of two heat pumps to ensure maximum comfort in such a large room consisting of five floors, but the client still chose one heat pump.
- Heat pump installation: An air-to-water heat pump was installed Raymer RAY-32DS1-EVI power 32 kW on a specially made pedestal on the roof of the building. This included preparing the installation site, installation and connection of the pump to the heating and hot water system.
- Introduction of a heat pump into an existing heating system: gas boiler and radiators, which remained a backup heating source in case of lack of energy from the heat pump. But later the client reported that, that he did not use this system anymore due to the essential appraisal of the heat pump.
- Installing a hot water tank: The Drazice drive was installed on 250 liters, providing continuous hot water supply for a commercial premises.
