Weighing all the client’s indicators, energy efficiency of the house, it was decided to install an inverter heat pump Raymer RAY-15DS2-EVI, which is capable of operating at ultra-low temperatures down to -30°C.

Scope of work completed

After analyzing the house design, location of adjacent communications (water, electricity, sewage) a thorough installation plan for the heating equipment has been developed and a location has been selected with the appropriate requirements for the proper operation of the heat pump and all auxiliary system components.

2. Installation of the indoor unit

Installing a heat pump indoor unit is a key step in creating an efficient heating system, hot water supply and air conditioning.

3. Installing a circulation pump

Thanks to circulation, the coolant transfers thermal energy from the heat pump to all parts of the system, ensuring uniform heating of the premises. This is important to maintain a stable outlet temperature from the heat pump., allowing the system to operate at peak performance.

The circulation pump is configured in accordance with the system parameters, which allows you to maintain stable pressure and flow, ensuring reliable and uninterrupted operation of the entire heating and hot water supply system.

4. Controller setup

The controller receives data from various sensors, installed on the system. Sensors measure inlet and outlet water temperatures, return and exhaust gas temperature, ambient temperature, as well as the temperature of the evaporator and condenser coils. Pressure indicators are also monitored using high and low pressure sensors.

Based on the data he regulates the operation of heat pump components to achieve optimal efficiency and maintain specified parameters. This includes water and air temperature control, as well as system pressure.
