Automated production

Automatic welding/cutting/bending

Four-way valves are automatically welded at the RAYMER factory. Copper pipes of 4-way valves are accurately processed by digital copper pipe cutter and robot pipe bender. In mass production, the efficiency of automatic welding at the RAYMER plant is at least 60% above, than average manufacturers in China.

Automatic packaging

The automatic packing machine can pack the tape in a standard way and intelligently control the packing speed. Compared with conventional manual packaging, RAYMER factory automatic packaging can not only improve production efficiency, but also improve the quality of packaging.

Robotic Assembly
