Automated production

Automation innovation spreads from production to assembly. Thanks to, that AGV is involved in the transportation of production materials, transportation efficiency for 50% above, than during transportation with the participation of a person, which greatly helps to improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs.
Four-way valves are automatically welded at the RAYMER factory. Copper pipes of 4-way valves are accurately processed by digital copper pipe cutter and robot pipe bender. In mass production, the efficiency of automatic welding at the RAYMER plant is at least 60% above, than average manufacturers in China.
The automatic packing machine can pack the tape in a standard way and intelligently control the packing speed. Compared with conventional manual packaging, RAYMER factory automatic packaging can not only improve production efficiency, but also improve the quality of packaging.
The robotic assembly machine can automatically assemble the main components, such as compressor, heat exchanger, which can greatly improve production efficiency and stability.
Usually, heat pump manufacturers use a point-to-point artificial vacuum test system and can produce 60 units of heat pumps per day. However, RAYMER has introduced an automated vacuum circulatory system. With this system, RAYMER can increase productivity by 50% in a day.
